At Innuovo Group, we value your time and commitment, and we strive to deliver services that meet your needs. This Service Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling, rescheduling, or requesting refunds for services provided by us.
This Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by the Provider, including but not limited to training programs, workshops, courses, and consulting services (collectively referred to as “Programs” or “Services”).
All services provided may be canceled or rescheduled, according to the service agreement concluded between the Parties, as follows:
General Rules
1.1. The cancellation or rescheduling of any Program or Service can only be carried out with the prior written consent of both Parties, depending on the actual feasibility of cancellation, the availability of rescheduling, the costs already incurred, and any additional costs arising from rescheduling, organizing, and delivering the Program or Service at another date and/or under different conditions than initially agreed.
1.2. If the Beneficiary cancels participation without the Provider’s prior written consent, decides not to attend, or fails to show up for the Program, any amounts paid in advance by the Beneficiary shall not be refunded.
1.3. In addition, the Beneficiary shall be obliged to cover any further costs and expenses incurred or committed by the Provider in relation to the organization, performance and delivery of the Program (including, but not limited to, costs for procuring or preparing necessary materials, the work of staff and/or external collaborators, expenses towards suppliers, accommodation and catering units, venue and equipment rental, transport, etc.) and Service.
Specific conditions - Training, Coaching & Mentoring
2.1. If the Beneficiary cancels the agreed Program more than 30 calendar days before the scheduled start date, the Program shall be rescheduled by mutual agreement of the Parties through a new addendum signed by both Parties.
2.2. If the Beneficiary cancels the agreed Program between 29 and 14 calendar days before the scheduled start date, the Beneficiary shall pay the Provider a compensation equal to 60% of the Program fee for cancellation/rescheduling, and the Program shall be rescheduled by mutual agreement of the Parties through a new addendum signed by both Parties.
2.3. If the Beneficiary cancels the agreed Program less than 14 calendar days before the scheduled start date, the Beneficiary shall pay the Provider a compensation equal to 100% of the Program fee. Any rescheduling shall require a new written agreement between the Parties.
2.4. If a Program is canceled due to reasons attributable to the Provider, the Provider is obliged to refund any amounts already paid by the Beneficiary for the respective Program.
Specific Conditions – Consulting & Professional Services
3.1. Scope of Engagement: Services are delivered under a specific service agreement or project contract that defines scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees.
3.2. Termination by the Client: The Client may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice of at least 30 calendar days. The Company will invoice the Client for all services rendered and expenses incurred up to the effective termination date, which shall be payable in full.
3.3. Termination by the Company: The Company may terminate the agreement with 30 calendar days’ written notice, provided that such termination does not occur in bad faith or in violation of the Client’s legitimate interests.
3.4. Postponement or Delays: If the Client requests a postponement or causes a delay in the execution of services, the Company reserves the right to adjust project timelines and related fees accordingly.
3.5. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays or failures to perform obligations arising from events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or labor disputes.
3.6. Client Obligations: The Client is required to provide timely access to all necessary information, personnel, and resources needed for the execution of the services. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional fees.
Final Provisions
This Service Cancellation Policy forms an integral part of the contractual relationship between the Company and the Client. By entering into a contract for Training Services or Consulting & Professional Services, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the conditions set forth herein.
